Thank you for your interest in holding an event at MassRobotics.

Our event space can host up to 100 people and comes with a sound system and projection capabilities. The room overlooks our robotics innovation labs, giving the audience a unique look into the future of robotics. The event must support the MassRobotics mission and be related to innovation and technology.

We receive a tremendous amount of requests and unfortunately cannot accommodate all of them. We will review your application and get back to you shortly. (There are typically fees associated with visits)

Holding an event at MassRobotics

Our event space can host up to 100 people and comes with a sound system and projection capabilities. The room overlooks our robotics innovation labs, giving the audience a unique look into the future of robotics.

There is a fee to reserve the event space. You must fill out the event application form to be considered hosting an event in our space.

The event must be related to our mission (robotics, IoT, AI, STEM Education).

We can assist with organizing your event to include identifying speakers, advertising, or getting a specific type of audience you desire, as well as experts to provide demos.

Reception

Hosted private or public event in our MassRobotics Space
Assist in invites – can be custom event aiming for particular audience

Meetup

Meetups will have light snacks and focused on networking. Deliverables include:

Explicitly listed as sponsor in the event description
Logo placed on:
- Registration ticket (Eventbrite or Meetup)
- Placeholder slides during the networking that occurs before and after the event
Table at event for any demos/materials
List of attendees with names and companies (no emails/phone)
2-3-minute introductory pitch to start the evening
Recognized as sponsor for the event in the newsletter prior to the Meetup
Mentioned in BLOG post after the event

Event Coordination

Deliverables include:

Robotics/AI ecosystem overview and MassRobotics overview
Tour of MassRobotics with selected demonstrations from startups
Coordinate visits with three-to-four robotics companies and/or universities
Optional lunch and/or reception coordination (does not include food/beverage costs)

Educational Seminar for Corporates

MassRobotics provides company overview and/or ecosystem speakers
Includes up to three introductions to our startups for pitches and possible demo

Educational Seminar for Students and Nonprofits

MassRobotics provides company overview and/or ecosystem speakers
Includes hands-on collaborative robotics demo

Lunch and Learn

MassRobotics provides advertising for attendees
