MassRobotics Facility and Equipment

MassRobotics provides a shared workspace including facility and equipments for robotics startups and welcomes new robotics and AI startups to join us, grow and bring world-class technologies to the market.

The facility includes a shared kitchen, conference rooms, event space, prototyping equipment and labs and many robotic resources.

MassRobotics facility

Our kitchen provides an area for like minded innovators to gather over coffee or lunch and is stocked with snacks and coffee. Other amenities include WiFi, printers and mail stop.

 Residents enjoy large, open workspaces and can have dedicated lab benches and/or private offices varying in size.

MassRobotics conference rooms
 Conference rooms are available for meetings and soundproof telephone booths are available for private calls.
Our mechanical lab has many hand and power tools.  For more complex manufacturing we feature a laser cutter, water jet, SLA resin printer and CNCs.
Residents have access to our Industrial Automation lab featuring industrial and collaborative robot arms and conveyor belts.
Residents conducting human-robot interaction research and experiments are welcome to use our HRI lab space featuring humanoids and collaborative robot arms.
Shared kitchen provides a place to collaborate.
Our electronics lab includes oscilloscopes, soldering and SMD rework stations, and numerous 3D printers.
Event space for up to 100 seated.
 Private offices
Phone booths are availble for single use.
Our workshop includes quality tools such as Bandsaws, lathes, drill presses, and a wide range of Dewalt and traditional hand tools, designed for precise crafting and repairs.

Robots

We have a wide variety of robots available for residents to use and develop with for their products. Robot types include:

  • Collaborative robot arms
  • Industrial robot arms
  • AMRs
  • Mobile Manipulators/Humanoids

Sensors

In addition to all the robot platforms we offer all the sensors necessary for your robot to perceive the world.

End Effectors and Robot Accessories

To complement our robot fleet we have a selection of end effectors for residents to use.
